Aiken Standard Newspaper/Postandcourier review: Local newspaper

This local paper (Aiken, South Carolina) claims to serve the varied local community, but in fact is a propaganda vehicle for Southern Baptists and pro-Trump MAGA extremists. They pass on AP stories, but their locally generated stories do not tell the objective truth, and tips, even with documentation and proof, about official crime and corruption are ignored and swept under the rug. It is not journalism. It is lowest-brow religiosity and political propaganda and a disgrace to professional journalistic principles and ideals.
