Back in February I booked round trip airline two tickets on air France direct web site for 6/20/2024 to fly from Lax to Yerevan thru Paris and back in 7/7/2024.
We are seniors so we decide to reserve the seats also. I paid around $120 dollars (just for two long haul part of the trip) and got 40 K,L seats for the flight
AF 023 from Lax to CDG. Also, we reserve seats on flight DL 291 from CDG to Lax on 7/7/2024. I received the email from Air France with the booking code
W7XEDX. Seme time I have got seat reservation for Delta flight 37 A,B
Two weeks before the trip I was checking my bookings online I so the message
saying that we sorry some changes happened to your seat reservations and if you paid for them we will refund the amount. They took all four seats and give us new ones which was unexpectable. I called to customer service and ask for the old ones she said they are gone sorry. She offered seats which were available
by that time Aldo we were not like them, but we had no choice so we take them 42 G,H for the Paris flight and 47F,G to Lax flight.
I made a complain online to Ai France the case number was C-8107384. Away from home I had no access to my email. When we came back I so the email from claim department which was saying that in a flight I already used my evoucher so we can not refund you money. I replied that of course we where seething but not on a seats which we pay for. So far noting from them.
I also made a complain to Delta case number [protected] noting from them ither. I am providing all documents which showing that I was telling the truth.
