Hello.
During my flight JU364 from BEG to AMS on the 27th of January 2023 my baggage was damaged. When I got to AMS airport, I went to SwissPort desk and they registered my complaint, which got the number 967/2023#BI.
My baggage was damaged with a hole in it, so that I cannot use it anymore.
On the 16th of August 2023 I received the feedback from AIrSerbia that they cannot reimburse me for the loss, because such things can happen.
I am kindly asking for your support on this case.
Please let me know what other details are needed from my side so that I get reimbursed for the damaged baggage.
