I have been cheated by many consultancies in sharjah. Sharjah is full of fake employment agencies. In Ajman you will find the real job hunting agencies. My name is robert belongs to UK. i have visited ajman, and registered with employment agency named as Western Global. I have paid total amount of 200 dhm. I am not agree with above mentioned comments as for as the Western global is concerned. Because i got 4 real interviews in multinational companies in just one weeks time, I think getting 4 real interviews in one weeks time by paying Aed 200 is not bad at all, I have successfully passed the last interview, and already signed my offer letter.
I am also little bit disappointment because the time they took money, They told me that your job is confirmed, But after that i have face technical interviews.

I would like to put in your attention that there is a big threat happening in Ajman, U.A.E.
My wife is looking out for a job in Dubai and she is under my sponsorship. So last week on 26th September she happened to see an advertisement in GNAds4U.com as Receptionist. We went to their office (Flat No. 210, WESTERN GLOBAL, Hyundai Showroom Building, Opposite to Honda Showroom, Nearby to Verona Resort, Ajman) on 27th September. Everything looks very proffessional for me. There are 3 ladies in Hijad and they are interviewing the people.
One lady named Huma interviewed her and she confirmed that my wife got selected as Receptionist in their company in DAFZA. And she also described the package as the salary would be AED 4500, accommodation AED [protected] and company would provide the pickup & drop off. But as a security deposit we need to pay AED 200 initially which will be refundable. And then she told within 2 working days my wife will get a call from the company in DAFZA and they will show her around the office and if she is satisfied with the company she can sign the offer letter on the same day, if incase she wants to cancel the job application, they will refund the AED 200. So we end up in paying AED 200.
On the very next day she got a call from Ajman office and congratulated her again saying that she got selected as Receptionist and they asked her to come to Ajman office with passport copy & AED 200. So I had a suspect that there is something wrong with the company, then I have searched this company in Google, I was shocked to realize the fact that the company is fraud.

We have been to the same Ajman office on 3rd October to get our money back. There were few people waiting in the reception to wait for their turn and I whispered to a guy who sat next to me that this company is fraud and kindly don’t pay anything to them. I was observing the office and I have seen couple of built guys like bouncers in the reception with blazer. So I have told myself that they might be for security purpose. One other couple had some suspicious about this company and they also asked me if this company is genuine. I told them they are fraud; I have also told the same thing to couple of Filipinos also the same thing.
Then comes our turn and we have been called inside and one guy with Kandoora (he is known as a local, but he is not). Then he asked us why we have not turned up last week and we made up story and asked for our money back. Then he asked us to wait and went outside. After few minutes he came back and asked us to come to other big room where I have seen these 2 bouncer guys. At that point of time I grabbed my wife’s hand and ran away from there. If I happened to go inside that room, I would not be able to come out of that room.
Then we went down stairs and enquired about the company to the building watchman and he said they have started the company very recently and lots of people are complaining about this company. After few minutes 1 filipino guy came there and said that he paid a total of AED 400. I took him and we all went to the Ajman police station, 1 police directed me to go to municipal office. Everyone was least bothered, someone asked me to go upstairs and he told me to meet other person and it went on like that. Then I gave up and went back to my place.
Such a big fraud business is happening in the heart of Ajman and after receiving humungous complaints about this company the police are least bothered and they are not taking action against them.
I don’t want my money back but I feel sad about the innocent people who are desperate in need of job and when offer such a big package everyone will fall on their words and they will end up in paying cash, end of the day they made fool out of them.
I really want the public to aware of this scam and let them be cautious about such fraud thing in UAE. I have tried my level best to get them caught but it didn’t help. So I hope once you publish this news in Gulf News people will be aware about this news and they will take some precautionary step.

Well, Well Well, Please don't misguide the job seekers, western Global is not a job hunting agency. Its a Hr Solution company. They do outsourcing. i have been outsourced for alhaadi group of companies in month of September 2011 by western global hr solution company. Now i am employed for alhaadi group and also getting salary on time. Here i will encouraged the candidates who got job through western global, its there responsibility to come on front and make doubt clear.
There is lot of competition in UAE market, not everybody is qualified, its not necessary that you will be the right candidate for every position.

I have been outsourced by western global for customer service position for solar force LLC company, its an IT solution provider dubai based company. I was on visit visa, after registering with western global i have attended two interviews. i have successfully passed the Client interview on 15-09-2011 and signed the contract with clients on 16-09-2011. My name is Muhammad Hussain, I have successfully placed by western global for union group of companies for position of Customer Service Executive. I get shocked after reading these comments against such a reputed and professional organization. I have attended 4 round of interviews in which the last one was with direct clients. Even somebody wants prove i can prove it, i have offer letter, receipt of payment and everything.
Well i think that by writing something in CAPS will not harm this reputed professional organization. Just this afternoon my sister went to this Western Global Office in Ajman Hyundai Showroom Bldg, Ofc.# 210 2nd Flr to be interviewed for the position of Clinic Nurse as advertised in Gulf News. Being naive & new to this place she got excited to hear that she is already hired for a salary of 4500 + 2000 transportation allowance but that they collected from her Dh200 for the gate pass in Dubai Free Zone since the hospital according Ms. Huma and was not issued a receipt for the amount. She was not allowed to make a call to me as mobile phones are not allowed in the office, and was told how can she not decide for herself when she is already an adult. Whether they find a job for my sister or the other applicants is not the matter but that they are misleading innocent applicants into believing that they are the ones hiring and are collecting money without issuing any receipt for it. They used the email address career@nmc-gulf.ae so innocent applicants would believe that this is the hospital NMC. To all job seekers bear in mind that to get a job in UAE you never need to pay anything!

I'm also one of a victim, victimised by the staffs of Western Global Ajman. Very eagerly I was searching their web in my computer after the "green light interview", back to at my room . I was shocked and got very angry when I read the complaints posted by innocent applicants. Even I wanted to abuse and sought them but I remembered my Parents Proverbs "Content is Happiness". So then, very calmly I wanted to appreciate them, not them but there act. They must get the chance to act in Holly Wood film industry as a Actor (Khalid, Abdullah, Mohammed and 2 more Cholesterol guys) and as a Actress (Huma, Marium and 2 more blot of Hijab/Burka). The surprise thing for me is, how they are able to put the people into the net wearing the Prestigious Dishdash and Burka. This dress code is one of the very powerful cover story for them (Western Global) to the applicants (there is no suspicious), specially for me because I respect the religious and culture from wherever am I. So my victim friends, we hope one day they will caught by LEA (Local Enforcement Agency) . They are of course, entitled for execution but if its not, definitely they will feel "Ill-got:Ill spent". Finally for us, I wanted to say "Good mind good find".

To everyone seeking a job, kindly DO NOT accept any offers for a job if they ask for money as the agencies are not supposed to ask for money from any candidates. Never give any money if asked, say NO money or will return and dont go at all as they can hold youll back. In Ajman and Sharjah there are many fraud and cheaters by these greedy people who steal money from innocent people who are desperate for a job. SO PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT GO OR PAY ANYTHING. Check or call the necessary HR department of an advertised company if there is really a vacancy and then proceed. No company will recruit using personal mobile number. The office at WESTERN GLOBAL Ajman, in the Hyundai building has nothing in it, no files etc except 3 men and 3 women who are waiting to cheat people. Apply via reliable online websites.

Is this true? I had an interview last Sunday and paid 200 also. Stupidity you may say, but i paid right away because I didn't think there are scams like this here in the UAE...

They asked me for money & i said I didnt bring tat much 200? They even said I can pay whatever I have...HOW DARING?Is this a recruitment agency?I wish I can publish somewhere big and bold for all to see and prevent from going and paying these idiots and ### siting there. Even more...they advertised for engineer for Al Nader Oil & Gas Co, freshers can apply, salary 8000AED. Too good to be true ! Please see below attachements if anyone wants further info and try emailing them, IT WILL NOT GO THROUGH, so they can talk youll into going to Ajman for the so called fake interview and get 200 AED or even more. I will go writing here to inform everyone about these scams so dont waste your money.
