i am filing an complaint that I bought from Amazon/seller: AL Divine Computers. They're located at 1131 Clinton Avenue, Irvington, New Jersey 07111. I order the item on Monday, August 26, 2019. For $74.08 + tax $6.37 = $80.65. I received on Wednesday, August 28, 2019. By the UPS and Who sign for the item is my brother, Raul Bobet.
Below of this page, will show my proof. Plus, the seller didn't gave me an Return Label. They want to me. to print out the label. I am not going to print out any label. they should send an return. Plus, I am not going to return at all. Doesn't show no HDD that mention on the picture. That is shown down of this pages.
The next place that I will file at it will be BBB.com, and Consumer Affairs of New Jersey. I already post on Facebook and this will be the second time.
This "AL DIVINE" business is selling computers with illegal unlicensed windows-10 installations. After providing it with system tools, It took forever to track down a way to let Amazon know of the fraud. Their inactivity and lack of followup shows they don't care. I also attempted to contact the piracy address at Microsoft. Their automated response showed that they don't care either. Sadly this is the state of things today.
