Greetings.
I hope this complain helpfull you to give exceeding customer services next time.
2023, Jan,6 time it was 11 pm I visited your store.
Realy bad experiance first time in UAE.

I was checking some toys to buy then one of your sales staff came and used duster to clean. I informed him nice way sir I am checking items pls you can continue your work once I finished. Then he is very rood and angry to me.

He said you will not buy since long time you are checking, move your self then go to nother side I want to clean.

Then I ask him this is way you are talking to your customer, he replied go and complain to supervisor.
Realy zero customer service.
Since 7 years I am your loyal customer.
The way that staff treated me really disapointed.
