I have been an Alder customer for over 5 years, but lately I been having problems with my control panel. I have talked to different agents 4 to be correct, and they have had me take the panel off the wall and reset it. I have to do this every day. They know that this is an ongoing problem and refuse to do anything about it, like sending someone out to service or replace it. It is interfering with my sleep because even when it is unplugged, it is still going off. The next step is needed.
