It seems like Allstar Acres has time to respond to bad reviews, but not take care of their dogs. They have changed their name a few times - now name changed to OopsyDaisyDoodles, also listed as Nicely's Allstar Poms, and they have a profile on lancasterpuppies.com under Tina Sch* which during my research after getting my pup, is a puppy mill site. (figured I shouldn't drop full names here, but it is listed completely on their own website). I got a pup from All Star Acres OES in February 2021. Show up and I am given a sheet of paper with info on it about shots, doesn't seem like it is official from a vet or anything. My vet even questioned the validity when I brought the document in with the pup in for second rounds of shots. When arriving to pick up the pup, we were given a baggy of unlabeled food, however she did say it was PawTree. Also given random pills in a bag for giardia, no container/pill bottle with the dogs name on it like I have been given since going to a real vet and getting meds. Seems like if many of their litters have this issue, they would change how they crate/house their dogs so they don't get these diseases. Luckily my pup didn't have "burns" from being in urine all day, which is listed in a comment on the Better Business Bureau for their farm. However my pup also seemed underfed, very boney. I am not a vet so that could be normal for puppies, but she had a giant appetite when getting her home and has since filled in. Since getting our dog, our pup also has not had consistent stools. We have done everything the vet has recommended and are going back for another visit soon. I wish I did more research before purchasing from All Star Acres, or OopsyDaisyDoodles in Ligonier, PA.

Desired outcome: That others are just aware, and research before purchasing

Seems everyone has an opinion. Some complaints state that I do not get back to them in a timely manner because I am too busy taking care of the dogs.

Lancaster puppies is a place you advertise your puppies. It is just like puppyfind and any other place you pay to advertise your puppy. I do not own the site. Thousands of breeders post ads on this site.

As far as having a different business/website name. I began breeding Pomeranians 30 years ago. The EIN # has not changed because it is a breeding business, does not matter what breed you are breeding. If the EIN # does not change neither does the legal LLC name. I began raising Old English Sheepdogs 10 years ago. I obviously had a website built for the Old English sheepdogs. It's a no brainer that families looking for an OES are not going to be searching on a Pomeranian website. Six years ago, I bred my first sheepadoodle litter (Old English sheepdog x Poodle) then began my doodle obsession which is how Oopsy Daisy Doodles website came about, again changing the website so that the website would coordinate with the doodles. I would like to ad that I have on my Doodle website that the site was previously Allstar Acres OES.

The 'sheet of paper' was called a vaccine record. It lists the puppy birth date, Sex, breed, dates the vaccines were given, the wormer etc. Not only were you handed the paper i went over all of it, so you knew when the next vaccine was due. The vaccine record or as you call it 'paper' has the exact vaccines listed for your veterinarian.

In your puppy bag was a gallon size bag of PawTree food which was to get your puppy off to a good start eating the same food he has been eating. I didn't feel the need to write down on the bag what food it was as it is mentioned on the sales contract that was signed, it is mentioned on the website, and I told you exactly what it was. As far as the metronidazole, I now give that to all customers taking a new puppy home. My pups have tested positive on multiple occasions for giardia because unlike other breeders I do not keep my puppies inn a wired kennel I have my pups out running our 10-acre yard when weather permits.

The pups have a habit of eating deer and other wildlife poop that cause parasites. Rather than have the puppy go home untreated I supply the new owner with the metronidazole to treat giardia. he medication and amounts are listed on the vaccine record. Again, didn't feel the need to write it on the Ziplock bag. as we discussed the medication as well as the dose. I am not a veterinary office and do not have prescription bottles and labels.

I'm sure if your puppy was thin your veterinarian would have mentioned it. I do not feed the babies the morning they go home because they get car sick so yes, I'm sure she probably was hungry missing her morning and most likely afternoon meal. The 'chemical burns' you mentioned that you say were from urine were actually from salt that was put down on the driveway and sidewalk. The puppy was being trained by my daughter for the month of Feb and March, Not realizing sidewalk salt can harm your dogs feet I laid the salt down thick the night before pups were picked up as I had a litter of 7 pups being picked up the following morning.Didnt even realize the baby had burns on his feet until the customer sent pictures. The burns were obviously from the night prior and that morning while being trained to potty outside. As far as your baby having soft stools for several months. You may want to try the food I recommend. PawTree. If your puppy continues to have soft stool that would most likely indicate an allergy. Try a different ingredient such as a fish based food.
