Today is Wednesday, June 21, 2023, and I have contacted All Things By Faith numerous times by email and by phone. I am wanting my order. It has been 39 days since I ordered 2 t-shirts from this company. I have sent numerous email requests asking for something indicating that my items are shipped and/or are being shipped. On Saturday, May 27, 2023, I received a message that my order is headed into their Quality Control Department and I would be notified by email when the order has been shipped. That is the last that I have heard from them about my order.
I feel that I have been patient with them. The emails I receive back from them about the status of my order only say that they had a lot of orders and are trying to catch up on them. No other word. I have called the 2 numbers attached to their emails and one says that you can leave them a message and they will call you back. They have NOT called me back one time. The other number says that the mailbox is full and you cannot leave them a message on that line.
All I want is what I have paid for now 39 days ago. I am not asking for my money back, I just want the items that I ordered and PAID FOR on May 12, 2023.
Please help me. I cannot get anything but the run around from this company. I just want my order.
Desired outcome: I would like to receive the order I paid for and placed on May 12, 2023.
