This was terrible. Paid for service then no one was ever answered questions and reception girl was rude. They don't answer your questions and try to make you e-mail them. The missed deadline for case after two years of waiting. Read reviews before your give them your money. It used to be Holmes and Lolly before the attorneys sued each other for breach of contract. They have lots of small claims lawsuits. Maybe that's the only way to get money back.
Allan S. Lolly & Associates operates out of a UPS store mail box in La Jolla. The 5580 La Jolla Blvd. La Jolla, CA 92037 is a UPS store. They don’t return calls left with the reception girls. Those immigrations cases now go to Homeland Security and Department of Justice might help. State bar could they help too?

Thanks for the information. They missed a deadline for our case.
Hired this law firm knowing that Adam Walsh Act would affect me. Did not know would not work with the attorney but his paralegals instead. They primarily communicate via email and would take a long time just to respond.
I had moved twice since filing and they failed to mention how to change your address correctly with USCIS. No notices went to my new address and USCIS kept sending notices to the old address.
I’ve checked my case status online but came to find out this office NEVER kept eyes on my case even once. They solely rely on mail from USCIS which is a very poor method of keeping track of a case.
Needless to say my case got dragged out cause of their neglect. I got an email saying my i-485 was denied at first. Shortly after the i-130 got denied.
It has to be one of the most embarrassing reasons for a case like this to be denied. I didn’t even get the AWA which is what I hired them for in the first place. But that’s what I get for hiring this firm. 15 months and thousands of dollars down the drain!
