Alliance Retirement Plan review: I desperately need my life savings to be put into the Ameritrade account.

I don't even know where to start. I began a 401k rollover on 12/28/22. I have made several calls, been blown off by Daisy (1/10/2023) finally got a better better attitude and an escalation ticket # RELIUS-223599 (1/26/22) from Kenesha. Was told then to give it 24-48 hrs. Got a call from someone who was just following up and must have not known I talked to Kenesha earlier that day. This person had no idea what was going on and had no new information. She was just "following up". This is every penny I have to my name. I have spoken with several others along the way.
