The owner and his wife of the business Alldrive Canada now work for the new business All West RV. Alldrive Canada doesn't exist any more. They didn't pay back security deposits! Be carefull if you rent with the new business!
Our friends from Calgary told us, that the "German speaking", former owners of "alldrive.ca" are still working as emplyees for the new company "allwestrv".

DON’T EVER GO WITH THIS COMPANY!
We rented a van at Alldrive in August 2010 (at Langley, where that monstrous Edith works). It was a beautiful RV, but several things were wrong with it (tanks flooded while not even half full, aircondition attached on the roof inside the vehicle was leaking badly (Luckily we didn’t get any electric shocks), the tap was leaking, the table collapsed several times, and the list goes on, and on, and on…
We made a list with all these inconveniences, so that it could be fixed for other people. We also wanted to ask some money back, because we paid alot for that van while many things weren’t functioning properly. We gave Edith the list and asked her to make a deal.. That woman went totally mad. She called us liars, denied that there was anything wrong with the van, said we made it all up, etc. I mean, what kind of person are you? How can she co-run a company? (Now I hear that Alldrive is bankrupt, doesn’t surprise me at all..)
Then the deposit of $1000… Together with another Dutch couple (we are also Dutch), we informed our banks about the situation (ING, also known in Canada) and they would organise an inspection at Alldrive, if we wouldn’t get our deposits back. The four of us called and emailed with Alldrive, claiming to receive our deposits. Alldrive (Doreen this time) went mad, said that they always hold back the money of the deposits for at least a week, so they can pay repairs on the vehicles (does that make any sense?) But finally, after 10 days, we received our deposits! So it’s not impossible, just inform your bank/creditcard company and threat them with inspection. No wonder Alldrive is bankrupt! I heard that they operate under a different name: All West RV. Those scammers have to be stopped!

I am a retired Police Officer and also the Past owner of Australian Desert treks, After 35 years of dealing with toe public, I feel that I am in a position to judge tourists from most places in the world. The worst to deal with, without question were the Dutch. In the end would not take their bookings, winging b astards.
My wife and I have hired campers from Edith in Vancouver, and over two years have clocked up 20, 000 Klms, across Canada and the US. Were never had any reason to complain about a thing. We were treated with the greatest respect by Edith and all of the other employees at Vancouver.

But this kind of writing tells everything about You! Nothing else - but use very insulting language to other people! A whole country!
Alldrive - AllWest RV - and now "West Campers Travel Inc" are managed by the same persons.
