I have written to both company CEO there has been no communication on the scam that Laser Way did body Sculpture I have not heard back from anyone besides a guy name Phil continue to ask me for payment I want both of these company to be clear I will not be making any more payment to a Scammer. Please asked them to stop harassment for payment and I would like for both companies to report to all three credit reports.
On both scammer companies never reached out with an apology for what I had been through. The only time I hear from Ally for a payment. Here is my first notice that I mailed to both company who are a scammer. I would like my refund of $532.94

Reason for this letter Laser Way is a Scam I had a body sculpture that did not work, I have reported Laser Way to the Better Business Bureau for a Scam I’m currently with consumer fraud to resolve this matter. Since I have been scammed by laser way sculpture body that never worked. I will be discontinued my payment with Ally Way if any negative report comes on my credit, I will file legal action against Ally Lending I have invested over $532.94 which needs to refund to me, please. The loan amount for $3300.00 -$532.94 =$2,7670.06. Far as I’m Concern Ally’s contract has ended payments from Tonya Davis. There will be no more payments effective 10/22/2022.
Desired outcome: Ally Financial need to refund my money I would like for Ally Financial be reported to all credit Burer both companies are a fraud and scammer
