Supervisor employee Christopher Moore has disclosed to accessing my personal information and reading through, but not limited too, messages, contacts, and web data. During the disclosure he said he found a way to be able to access this information which there being any record due to training purposes. This is a clear violation of my privacy since he has disclosed this information to a mutual friend.

I am currently a Team Manager at the Charleston Wv site, I have invested 5 years of my career with this company. I work harder than any TM on at this site to promote Alorica as a "family business" I use to believe in that saying but I no longer believe that is the practice at the Charleston office. not getting paid
Me and a couple of other co workers haven't gotten paid and pay roll and HR are doing nothing to solve it. People have bills, mine are due today and they are not making it a priority that we get paid. This issue needs to be resolved today, Alorica should be making this a priority, and they aren't. People depend on paychecks and we aren't receiving them so...

Im Jessa Grace Labasa. Hopefully this would stay confidencial from my bosses in alorica centris site.. I have something to ask. Let's say you're a team manager, is it ok to ask or force your agent to resign because you are not passing?
I just want to be enlightened. I have a teammate/friend who were transfered to a new team manager. Even through the transition is not happening yet, he talked to my friend already and asked him to just resign because he unluckily have a very bad scorecard. I mean is that even fair? And he said that would be my friends option not to have a bad record in case he will be terminated. I dont know what his intension is, but i dont think it make sense. If he will fire my friend or not regularized him, so be it. But to force him to just resign? Im sorry but that's very inappropriate and very unfair. I look up alorica so much. I thought you care for your people. I know you have your protocols and rules, please follw that.
Im hoping for your immediate action. Im doing this not just for my friend, but for myself. It could happen to me as well. I mean, who knows. We dont wanna take it to DOLE. Thanks.

I recently joined this company 3 months ago .
Since i started the trainer name is Madel Escobido .
our members was cut in half. One goes to Jeric abayan which was my team manager and the other half was from Madel Escobido. Madel was transfer from a trainer being a Team manager.
Madel is not very nice to us.
everytime during meeting she will say bad words and motivate us to leave the company, saying that if we can't handle the stress of taking chats (our role) that we are free to leave anytime as the company or account doesn't need us. We are just adjusting to our task so it is really hard especially if your boss does not motivate you. Whenever we get bad surveys instead of teaching us what to do next time or motivating us, she will blame us, doubt our ability, laugh at us, shout at us.. sometimes curse us..sometimes she will walk out and become in a very bad mood. She even fought to one of our support coaches. it means it's not only me, many of us are leaving this company because of her.
She taught us to do things illegal like transferring customer chat even it is invalid transfer once the chat is a possible detractor. One of my colleague cried because of her . my friend does not know what to do with the customer and had misunderstanding with one of the coaches.. she came by and started shouting yelling at my friend in the whole production area which is very unprofessional. i have save a screenshot how she talks with my friend that day, cursing her..talking unprofessionally.. she even told my friend to not come to work.. Sometimes during meeting with everyone she ask me, if i have a sex experience .. is that question even work related?
another thing with another friend, madel telling everyone that she is a slut.. having sex with anyone.. which i think is harassment . Because of stress my body cant handle it. I got sick for 12 days with doctors document and medical certificate. I submitted a resignation with health issues, She heard that most of us will file a complain in HR with someone.. she mention that she will tagged it as AWOL.. even i have documentations.. how can you let a manager like her run your company. You hired us and payed for us during the training. The company already invested on us but because she is the manager. we are leaving right away. I have so many things to tell about her.. for now we will try to complain her in Hr in the next days.. I just wish the main alorica knows about this matter since having her is not good in your company,
incentive
our quarter three incentive is not yet credited in our account i don't know why but they said that our client already gave the incentive suppose to be we should receive it 2 months after the quarter three it should be on November but November is about to end and we still don't have any news about it. quarter 4 is about to end and yet we haven't receive our incentive for quarter 3 December is coming and of course we need money it this time of the year i really hope that we will receive it in our 1st pay out of december.

bad management/bullying harassment
I am currently employed in PAcificwest Ph. I am very proud being part of the account and 2 months from now I will be able to say I am one of the agents stayed in wave 8.
problem #1 management. During breaks or lunch, if its queuing we cannot take our break or lunch. I 've been sitting in my chair sometimes for more than 2 hrs now usually 3 hrs from lunch but to no avail we still need to accept or take in calls. I am last shifter so if there's still a call even passed 8:00 am we still need to take it.
problem #2 TL are too busy to assist agents. Either they are irritated when you approached them or will point you to SME that also take in calls. Mind you SME doesnt have increase in their Salary but not my business.
Problem #3 There are incidents I got bullied in social
media and inside the office. There are two peope I am going to be particular. One of them just got back from LOA and other one is once close to me but rather bully me. I got bullied several times at the office and after shift. I did once fight but to no avail these two are very strongly tied with our Team Leader. Though it is just part of my everyday life deep inside I am in low self esteem. I don't know how can I complaint about the two agent if I know they are close friends with my TL and other TL. These two called me many names. One of them even try to scare me by
commenting on facebook. I hope Alorica higher ups will help me.
working from home position
I applied for a position with Alorica in Nov. 2017. I was assigned a training schedule and completed the three weeks required. When it came time for me to go to work, the system that I was supposed to use couldn't be accessed. I called EVERYBODY in Alorica for help after the help desk or my PAL couldn't help me. As a result, they terminated me in February 2018. I applied again in July 2018, thinking just maybe things would be better (I even purchased a new computer just in case the problem was my system; though it was determined that it was not). I got through the test and virtual interview, but when I got to the second interview I was told that I couldn't reapply until August, which is only three weeks away and well before the training is to start. Now I have to wait and re-apply in three weeks and hope that the positions are still available. The training for the position doesn't actually start until Aug.20th. Alorica, if you are going to hold us accountable when things go wrong, then you need to do a better job at fixing things on your end--- knowledgeable staff and those that actually answer the calls. I love the idea of working from home in the Customer Service industry (which I have loads of experience), but it is difficult to get any where if I don't have the proper support from the company.
promised bonuses
I was "suspended" in February, coincidentally right at my 90 days, pending an investigation. I have not heard from anyone, in regards to the outcome of the said investigation. Unsure WHAT I was being investigated for, all was stated was they expected my numbers to be higher. But this came after Susan Edmunds advised, 'she didn't feel my attitude towards her had changed" then is when my numbers were put into question. When that's funny because I had previously mention to Clifton Lambert about my numbers and the way the applicants wouldn't show up for the interviews. He said my job wasn't in jeopardy and his job wasn't in jeopardy either, then I'm hit with this out of the blue. This also played out after Clifton allowed Susan to speculate and comment information on my evaluation that was untrue. She mentioned that She didn't BELIEVE I had worked a 40 hour work week. As we didn't clock in or out, and many mornings I would beat her there. Ad she would leave before me. As I needed to be there by 8am. I asked her how she obtained this information she advises this was her perspective. At that time I advised her that, that was not true. I truly believed at that point in time, she would never treat me, as I deserved to be treated.
Thank God, I was offered a position with a ethically professional company where I wouldn't have to worry about this mess, a short time later. But as of today April 4th, I GUESS I'm still being investigated.
Which then leads me to my complaint, regarding my bonuses.
It was stated prior to taking on the position that if we met our quota with filling training classes then we (recruiters) would obtain a bonus. I know for CERTAIN we filled 4 classes just between January and February of 2018. With no bonuses being paid out. I would like to receive my bonuses that contrary to belief, I worked hard at filling.
I sent an email to the Global Help desk with no response. I am hoping that this is taking seriously and I will obtain either an email or call from Alorica in regards to my complaint in a timely fashion.

Good day! I was interviewed by alorica cubao before..way back 2016.i was endorsed for final interview. I asked the recruitment specialist for marikina site bec she gave me two option. I chose marikina bec of the higher compensation.she told me that i will received a phone call or text message for it. I never did. Thats fine..
I applied again yesterday feb 1, 2018.i passed all the assessments again. I was endorsed to final interview. They told me that there was an opening for sta mesa site. They said i just need to look for a person named glen on feb 02, 2018. I went to mezza site which is at sta mesa. I asked the lady guard for glen.they told me that theres no person named glen who is working in mezza. Suddenly, one of the training staff passed by.we asked her if there is a glen working for mezza alorica.she said none.they asked why.i told them that im for final interview and i need to look for that guy. Also asked them abt the seasonal acct that they profiled me to. She said theres no opening for that seasonal account. it was really bad experience.Im so disappointed and frustrated for the 2nd time. This is one hell of a job. Misinforming applicants... put yourself to my shoes..how would you feel if same thing happens to you? You never respect time and effort of people who is just striving to get a job. Like call center agents always say, its not the company itself but its the people who work inside the company that destroys the reputation of a company.

blatant drug abuse and sexual encounters between staff members in public
I am a federal employee with a son and daughter in law working in a telemarketing firm on Research Loop very close to your office here in Tucson, Arizona. I drive through the area, just east of Research Loop, that includes
the Alorica office on one side and on the other, the parking lot for Alorica employees. I drove by a total of three times in the span of an hour during the mid-afternoon on [protected] only to see a middle-aged Hispanic woman with a while male partially inside a grey Jeep Grand Cherokee. When I asked my daughter if she knew those individuals, she replied, "the man is new but the woman's name is "Nola" and that her last name she thought started with H. She said she couldn't forget the first name because it was so infrequent. Not only were they quite inappropriate with one another the first time I drove by but I also saw them driving unsafely up Pantano passing some type of pipe to one another. I grabbed my kids something to eat and when I drove by again to drop them off, low and behold, all I could smell was marijuana...all I could see was them all hugged up together and a pipe in the woman, "Nola's" hand. Is this the type of people that you hire? I use to see a security guard in the parking lot quite a bit when I picked up my kids but he was nowhere to be found when it would have been useful to stop Alorica employees from using drugs in the parking lot and groping one another. I find that disgusting and I've done some research of my own. That is gross negligence on your company's behalf to allow behavior like that. Do you not even bother to adhere to your own drug test policy? That was so inappropriate I went home and was appalled all evening. I hope I don't have to tell you who I will call next if you don't reign in your outlaw employees, especially those driving around smoking dope, smoking dope in the parking lot and only God knows what else. Just absolutely gross and negligent on behalf of your company. The AG will here about this if something is not done immediately. There must be something wrong with your hiring process as that behavior was illegal, dangerous and unprofessional.

After I was allowed accessed to the building by security to go up to my floor to obtain my badge.She made a scene and raised her voice in a demeaning manner and demanded me to explain how I was allowed in the building when I gave an answer she was even more temperamental. She on multiple occasions has been Unprofessional, Rude and Disrespectful . For a company that stands for Passion, Performance and Possibilities all supervisors should be held to that standard putting the example promoting improvement, generating innovative solutions empowering ethics based on principles that govern a persons behavior.
The job here
this place is full of crap. ever since this company bought the other company we worked for all kinds of rules changed and added more rules along the way every day its one thing after another. This company wants too much from us and is just using us like if we are slaves. they just want so much from us but they don't give us nothing in return. supossibly this company is about appreciating their employees but that's all crap.

Inappropriate conversations at work..Drug use at work and on the premises.Favorism towards people that the managers like. Being threatened to be fire for being tardy or emergencies. Racist statements made about the low income families that work there... The management in Pensacola Fl alorica is horrible. The branch has a lot of illegal activities going on there. The police department is upthere weekly sometimes daily. Times when we should be answering the phones to service the customer we are being escorted out due a bomb threat or a drug search and they terminated people for being 1 min tardy but let the drug users stay as long as there on time
Bad management/sexual harassment/bullying
When I was hired on at Alorica it was great and wonderful. I was on top of the world. But the classes was full. So I started class two weeks later. But the class instructor and manager was not a great. She was not clear on what to do in our job. When we was thrust onto he floor to see how to conduct work in person with another worker already on the phones. That person didn't know how to even get their calls of the day. Matter of fact I gave them a sale for him. And then upper management got my butt for helping that guy out. Later on work has became more like torture. Plus they was telling us to lie to customers. ( Direct was the department) Being a christian i was not ok with that. So I got bullied badly for that. It was like on a daily basis. And as so direct department ended the harassment started. A former team leader stared coming on to everybody she could. To the point people had a name for her. She would be sexing people on the property during every breaks if she could. And she ain't the only one. They make it like if you don't have sex with them they will tell that you have harassed them.
Alorica needs to get a real control of management. Plus have mandatory sexual harassment classes.

HR Manager stated that I could not report my managers for Harrassment after I complained about the Music- *song choices with lyrics degrading and offensive to females, also racially and religiously offensive *blared through call floor speaker system *controled by ops managers and select mangers *despite complaints no corrective actions or investigations were done *because I complained I was treated differently than before I complained. * after attempting to report thru chain of command I was told I could not complain anymore or I would fired and given a final warning and unjustly fired. There was no access to any way of documenting or reporting the Harrassment, and no process or procedure for reporting Harrassment if it's the managers doing it. Have training CLASSes with training for this so doesn't happen again, take appropriate ACTION and preventative measures to keep from a hostile work environment. Also don't wrongfully terminate.
Having to work on christmas day
people at Verizon are completely a greedy money hungry company. They hide behind some conjured up rationalization about customers needing to have their new phone turned on Christmas Day. How about the hundreds of employees you make work on Christmas so you can make a profit for your stupid CEO's. My wife is an employee at Alorica. Hasn't had a day off in God knows how long and the one she have able to have to spend with her family, She has has to work. If I can tell you right now if I decide to change service company's, Verizon would not even be an option. I think you people represent everything that is wrong with this country today. You should be ashamed of yourself. For letting children dictate the rules and company policy.

The test is not right; I ahave been in customer service for years and have recieved awards; and letters from customers etc: We all have our ways and we all are not hard wired like a robot; the test is foolish - tricky and desciveing and it is geared towrds customer service and if one even the recrutrer said it was nuts whom she even said wrotes tests like these and has never seeen anything like this before this is for ATT they out soucrce that personal touch -- uh ummm to somesiting at home and not even an enmployee of ATT - even if one is lucky to aps this ding ding silly test; they have no clus what a customer really wants; I was aslked to drop my dinner on Fathers day to take this test; sounds like the recruits work on commish; I said after dinner... was pushed and shoved to take it .. then never heard back; sounded like she had a hangover ... some recruit; no wonder they work from home. anyways it is not worth 10.00 an hour go to work at for a Retail chain or something 10.00 an hour for 8 hours no benifits and no meal breaks ? If you see this come across the wire it is a ripoff. ATT Work from Home Program --- 20 Hours a day -- There has to be a law and a FLAW ! The Flaw is not here the customers love me one on one; not on some silly test.
