So, I ordered these shoes from Altra Running and when they arrived, guess what? They were damaged! Can you believe it? Now, I'm just sitting here waiting for the next shipment to come in. I mean, seriously, Altra, you gotta do better than this. It's not like it was my fault that the shoes got messed up. I expected more from a company like yours. Hopefully, they'll sort this out and send me a new pair soon. Fingers crossed!

I went and bought me a pair of them Altra shoes from a store nearby. Used 'em only five times and dang it, one of them strings just up and tore on me. Now, I gotta say, them shoes were pretty great, but I ain't too happy with the quality. Luckily, I took 'em back to the store and got my money back.

Unlike most websites where you can easily find the option to enter the code on the payment page, Altra has placed it in a rather illogical location. Surprisingly, it's hidden away on one of the initial pages of the ordering process. This decision makes no sense at all.

To make matters worse, when I encountered this issue, I had to call their customer service for assistance. Strangely enough, they didn't even offer to take my order over the phone. It's a good thing I was genuinely interested in their products; otherwise, I would have easily chosen another brand that provides more dedicated service.
