I ordered and paid for State Quarter Bears and Terrirorial Bears from
America Value Showcase. I then was referred to Limited Treasures.
I cannot reach them on the phone and I also EMAILed them as suggested on their answer machine greeting. It says they will reply in 48 hours. Its been a week and no response and still no answer on the phone. What recourse do I have? I've paid good money to have them run away with it.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Approximetely 2 months ago I also, ordered a series I and a series II Obana plate. They charged me for both plates. They sent me the series I plate. They supposedly back ordered the series II plate. Since then i have tried repeatedly to contact them. I have tried by phone, e-mail and by writing them. However, they will not answer me.
I agree they are ripping people off.
A friend of mine started the fifty states bears, the five states bears and the president bears for me and to this day about three years later, I am still waiting to complete the fifty states, the five states bears and the president bears. I would like to complete the collection. My friend repeatedly call to find out what happened and he got no repley. It is not fair that no one could not take the time to let the people who ordered from them know what is going on. How long will I have to wait to complete my collection. Need to get off your butt and either fullfill the orders or let the people know we have not a complete collection.

I also ordered the coin bear collection and the Military Bears and have not receive all of my bears. I see that there are numerous complaints, but no one stepping up and giving a solution back to anyone who has paid for these bears. I think the company or their subsidiary needs to honor their customers by either refunding their money for the bears they have not received or complete our collection(s) since we have paid in full for a complete collection.

I have almost a complete set of the State Bears from America's Value Showcase. They have not been taken out of the plastic bags, and are still in the boxes. Plastic bags never opened. If you have an interest let me know. (gilmancyr@sbcglobal.net)
