I contacted them for prescription service. Customer service rep stated "I would be covered and only a 5.00 co pay" This is after I gave him my meds details. Went to pick up my meds and was not covered. I had to pay full price and plus the 45.00 I had already given to American Benefits Group. Called them back for a refund and they said I waited to late and I should have read some fine print on the agreement. CVS pharmistist stated"You are not the first one with this kind of issue and with this company" Date of incident 7/16/2022
