American Movers review: Moving company

I set up a move with American Movers for an elderly lady with cancer and dementia who was renting my home.
She needed to move some small boxes from NY to Florida
I was quoted $1800 for 75 boxes for the move.
To help her, I paid American Movers a deposit to hold the move.
Then Radous Moving? Contacted her directly and said American Movers sent her to move her boxes. Without my knowledge, they forced her to sign to move the 75 boxes for $3,000
4 weeks later, after many calls and promises, Radous Moving delivered 52 boxes to Florida.
Almost all The boxes were smashed, broken or open and wet.
At delivery, The elderly lady was forced to pay before the boxes could be unloaded. They gave her no receipt or delivery slip to check off for arriving or damage. She and her friends had to unload the truck. They asked about the missing boxes and all the damage. A rude driver forced her to sign what was later found to be a blank delivery slip and not in her name. Her friend complained and driver said bye, file a claim.
I am writing this on the elderly ladies' behalf as she is not capable
Disgusting to me that anyone could be scammed and treated in this way. Personally, I have had movers move me 25 times and never had anywhere near this kind of abuse, scam and very bad customer service.
These people should be put in jail for abusing and taking advantage of a sick elderly person
