Thank you for your statement, I too was sent the same letter but for only $1, 000, 000.00 but it also break down 10 different sponsors guaranteed. All I would have to do is send a one-time $12 processing fee. Letter also signed by Michael Washington the tracking manager. This is sad that these people get away with these kind of scam as hard as times we are in today.

Thank You Again Melissa Brimm

I too was contacted. I'm past my 80th year and live on Social Security. I took their letter and wrote them a note: "Please deduct the $12.99 from my winnings and send me the rest." I got another letter saying that they were ready to send me the money except that their Senior Account had noticed that:" ...in an apparent oversight, I had neglected to send the $12.99". These guys don't give up. I keep gettein letters, but I just trash them. Pete

I feel we are all struggling, getting ripped off is not going to make things any better for us or the ones ripping us off because, they will get caught in the long run.

Hello,

I communicated number of forms accompanied with 20 € of cool(expenses) every time to gain(win) a 900.000-€ sum. We certified me that I had won and I received from new number of forms the same that the others asking me again for 20-€ expenses. There, I said myself that one to swindle me purely and simply! All these forms are most signed part of time(weather) by Mr. Michael Washington. I estimate(appreciate) hardly that in the current economic situation of austerity, the florisse swindle again in United States - do not worry you, in France, we have ours but they are fast invited to appear in front of the courts! Thank you for your collaboration!

My Mothere in law has been receiving these Michael Washington Sweepstakes in the mail for at least two years now, all the same promises of millions of dollars for the twelve dollar processing fee and has received absolutely nothing except more letters from this so called sweepstakes...also we have received many more offers from many othere companies many of which are signed off by Micheal Washington. We keep all letters and sweepstakes from this Person for furthere use...MY MAIN CONCERN is that they/he are targeting those who have been diagnosed with any form of memory loss such as Dementia and/or People who are receiving Social Security, with this said he/they are knowingly seeking those who are incompetent and I feel this is an awful thing to do taking advantage of anyone and if theree are enough people out there who keep all of their letters and sweepstakes winning letters along with receipts if you have sent in the so called "processing" or "purchasing fee" this could be a huge move, seemingly they were sent out to elders on social security or as said earlier diagnosed with any form of memory loss such as Dementia. Hopefully those that were expecting that money should at least get their processing/purchasing fee back from this fraudulent scam. One more thing I have called and had her name taken off of their calling list as well as her name and address, needless to say there keep on coming. Want to play hard ball I'm in for the win!

I agree something must be done.
It started with a phone call. I was told I was not required to purchase anything but towards the end of the conversation after confirming who I was I was being offered to have magazines sent to me. I declined there offer while they persisted and continue to offer me them. I explained that is considered a purchase so I discontinued the conversation.
Shortly after I began getting letters of various sweepstakes. ASP, NPF, NRS, BNO, WCS just to name a few. At first I thought that this was actually legit so I began sending money orders. Then I received multiple letters few of them repeating what I've already paid a one time processing fee.
I just wished I'd looked them up first before just giving away money to crooks.
When I think about it more and more each day it discussed me that these people may just already be wealthy taken from hard working individuals. Who are they? Terrorist maybe with a plot of their own.
If so then the government has all the more reasons to at least looking into these radical Individuals.

I am looking at my letter guaranteeing me 1, 000, 000.00 or more. I have access to 20 different sweepstakes that the sponsors are bound to pay all I have to do is pay the $12.00 processing fee. Michael Washington is also the tracking manager. They'll get the letter back without the money. Thank you to all who posted their compliant about this scam.

Yes, I am another that have in my vonurable financial lackIng sent $12 to this same addressed letter that stated that I am gaurenteed to a POSSIBLE $1, 250, 000.00. I then stopped and thought, read it again very carefully. I then realized that this, or these scammers have found a way to use the swweostakes and the laws as a way to rip good citizens off by simply knowing how to manipulate the law and get around it and still be legal criminals. Thank God for Wisdom!

It looks so authentic. But asking for a processing fee made me think. I'm really glad this is here, but I didn't find this website easily. You may want to get someone to work on your SEO in order to get more eyeballs! I'm so glad I didn't fall for this.

I also received a few letters mentioning a one time fee of $12.00. Then after getting more letters I looked at how it mentioned it would be void if the fee wasn't sent. Why would they continue to ask me for an one time fee, if it was One Time. So I decided to call the customer service number [protected]. It went to a message after ringing all the way through. This Michael Washington guy is good at what he does. I seen complaints eay back from 2010 and he hasn't been caught or stopped yet. How many more years have to pass and people get screwed before something is done.

I too have received this letter staking there's a million dollar waiting to be released to me but i have to send in a $12 dollar processing fee. when they send them to me immediately know its fake because they don't have a contact information so that they can be called. How do these people get your name and address though? i never use to get them until i enter the real publishers clearance house so may be that's how. i just wish it would stop!

Can these criminal scammers be taking to court . I have two different cheques sent to American Sweepstakes Bublishers $12 each for same purpose as instructed by those people explaining their complains above.. My cheques were paid to American Sweepstakes Publishers so its mean that whoever owned or trustee to this company will endorse the cheque to be able to withdraw. I saw my bank statement that these two cheques have been withdrawn. The name of the company appeared real as they can drawn cheques under this name.. We have to do something to stop this scammers from stealing money from people espeacially those who do not know them..I am doubt of how my Bank (well fargo) release this to American Sweepstakes Publishers if this is a fake company.. Remember that every account certainly to business account or non trading account must have presented business history and directors etc before approval to open such accounts.. Please help me to stop this and those of you who knows law or related to a lawyer please refer this to them.

I received a letter too guaranteeing me $1, 000, 000 all I had to do was send $12.00...guess he must be making enough to cover his direct mail whoever is printing these for him is also is guilty of mail fraud...but I guess the authorities are looking the other way on this...who should we be sending these letters too? Wiki leaks...?

So I also recieved a guarantee to claim a 1 million dollar prize. I was very excited because I'm a college student, this money would have benefited me in the long run. I was also excited that I might even be able to finally get a car. But I never sent in 12 dollars, my mom wouldn't even let me do it and I'm glad I didn't. These scammers need to be stopped really soon!

I just got a letter today stating the 12 dollar fee and the other was save 3 dollars and it was a 9 dollar fee! What made me think twice about it is that it clearly states that you cannot be charged for entering a sweepstakes and that it is illegal to be charged, but on the letters both have a processing fee! I real many letters like this a month and there has to be someone you can send these letters to you not only to get them to stop sending them but to find a way to protect people from getting scared! To all the people out there getting these letters please search as the form with the nice letter saying you won money, search into things because it is something most people don't do! I look it up these companies that say this don't have anything to do with these so called sweepstakes! I the letter even said so in the beginning!
