I and my friends went for an interview and came to know about this, we got selected but after seeing the office we wanted to make an investigation before joining. so i went for an investigation and I came across lot of terrific facts and i dropped the idea of joining.All the information given below is TRUE and is being given by the persons who are working there.
To start with, This is a pure BACKDOOR company, where unemployed people become scapegoat.They take money and cheat on them.It ranges from Rs 60, 000 to 1.5 lacs.
The main backdoor consultant for these company is Fareed Khan.
This is not a Company this is a slave market.People working here are ill treated.
The superiors don't even have basic etiquette of conversing.They abuse the employees with very bad words.
The employees working here are really slaves.
Even After working for 9 hours U can never expect ur salary.
Though they themselves boast as a software concern outside, they do no other great thing than E-publishing.
The company was started 8 months ago(August 2012) .but when i went for the interview they said that it started before 4 years.

Many companies calculate their revenues for 4, 6 or 12 months but here every month revenue is calculated that means if u dont get ur salary properly its due to the revenue generated and ultimately they ll say u didn't work properly.

Many people were recruited for Development side and were forced to work on E-publishing.There is also a head for E-publishing who knows nothing other than to tease and abuse employees.
Many people after stinting here for 6 months didn't get single penny of salary hike.And many people are working without salary for 6 months. And even during the training period u wont get ur salary properly.If the so called superiors don't like you, you should be habituated to hear their words.

And you should have that much patience to hear rubbish talks from a bugger who don't know a, b, c of manners.
And their are some ###s who are really in good books of the bloody Superiors, they have no time boundaries, they can come to office whenever they want.they too will rule you.They are the people who act as TL.They show partiality and a lot more work for the person whom they don't like.
The most important thing is that the salary . You will get your current month salary after 3 months even 4 months.
People who work hard will get LPDs and the people who dont work will get full payment.You should get practiced to get words from some buggers who dont even have a capability to speak fluently in english..
There is nothing other than politics inside the company.The employees are treated in such a way that they dont even have guts to file a complain against these f**kers.
While recruiting he lied to such an extent that everyone would believe them on first approach.
Dont waste ur money and time.if at all u have wasted dont ever have thought that u can earn by sitting there, it will be your biggest mistake.There are many people loitering inside the office who have nothing to do.The whole company is run by 4 buggers. Number one is Mr. Mayana Usman Khan (He himself calls as MD of the company), Fareed Khan(Broker) and Harsha( He himself calls Leading Employee).

On the whole this concern has nothing other than negative examples inside it.So dont ever step inside this concern. By god’s grace we came to know all these things.these are the real fact given by people working in the company..beware aware of such frauds.
