In my visa account closing 2/18/11, there are four unknown charges as followS: $7.41, $3.22, $6.79, $2.22? I did not authorize these charges! They are called AMAZON MKTPLACE PMTS? What can I do now?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I also have an unknown charge on my cc statement of 10.71 from AMAZON MKTPLACE PMTS AMZN.COM/BILL WA and wondered if you ever resolved your complaint. And if so, how.
I have 3 charges on my Master Charge account in Feb. 2011 for $14.75, $16.99, and $15.67 for 3 Ellis Island DVD's. We returned one unopened and as yet have not received a Credit . How do we resolve this?
