I contacted Anji’s to engage a one-time cleaning service for a duplex on 11-02-2022. I went through the online process and Handy Team was assigned to provide the service from 12-3 on 11-08-2022. Since that initial engagement, I have received notifications that indicate the time would be 12-3 and also 5-8. Which time is correct? Handy Team has failed to respond.
Desired outcome: Provide the service from 12-3 on 11-08-2022, as originally negotiated.
