My original order was placed on January 20th, 2023. I still had not received a shipment notification by 1-30-23, so I emailed the support team. They got back to me the next day and said my parcel was still processing and would receive a shipment email once shipping was arranged. So days pass again and it is 2-6-23 and I still have not received notification of shipment or any other correspondence. The support team does not respond to my email until 2-9-23 and says the order is still processing because of shortage of stock, but could arrange shipment in 3-4 WEEKS! And if i wasn't willing to wait they could cancel the order for me. THE LAST I HAVE HEARD FROM THIS SUPPORT EMAIL WAS 2-9-23! I have since emailed on 2/17, 2/25, and today (3/01) asking for a refund each time and have yet to receive any kind of response. The company has no support phone number to call and no other way to contact for issues accept a long distance phone number in Europe ([protected]), and I am in the States and cannot call long distance.
Desired outcome: I just want a refund for my order, I do not want my order anymore, JUST A REFUND.
I ordered 2 LP gas generators on March 14 2023. I also paid extra for the express shipping. Which supposed too be 3-5 days. as of today May 4, 2023, no shipment has been delivered.
