This Company is a fraud - they have changed their name annually - all of the positive comments were probably written by the owners or their staff...AKA We Collect Timeshares; Timeshare Freedom; Cornerstone Closings...hmmm and now APEX and Preferred Transfers...stay tuned for next years version...same players...new game...
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Apex and We Collect Timeshares are both owned by the same people, Jonathan and Christine Gibbs. They are scam artists. They don't want anyone to know that they own and operate Apex because they are in trouble with the law once again.
Quetion: What is their routine, their pitch to buy etc.- Just how do they operate?
Thanks for any information and how they fraud people. I'll be anxious to hear.
crtsr@sbcglobal.net
Their pitch was to take our timeshare, we would pay a fee and closing costs and they would take over the respnsibility of paying all maintence fees etc since they would own the property.
That was the pitch made to me. What is yours?
I have personal experiences here and am NOT a competitor
1.. The Gibbs are the shadiest people you will ever meet. Trust me on this one. Never, ever, ever do business with them, ever! Be is filled with charm and charisma and she is a wicked evil "B". No matter how good their offer seems, RUN. Trust me, I am a Gibbs victim..one of many.
2. Kristipher did recieve a DUI...not sure about credit card fraud but if he lied about DUI he probably lied about other arrests. I know for sure, because I saw the proof and he told me, that he got a DUI.
There are good companies run by good people out there, unfortunately the "Gibbs Greed" has spread and has convaluted things. Good luck to you all.
This is Kristopher again.
Although this post was originally posted about Jonathan Gibbs / Christine Gibbs and their alleged association with Apex Professionals, LLC, I am forced to post (again) defending against the untrue and slanderous remarks below.
CLARIFICATION:
I will restate what I said before: I have never been convicted of a DUI and do not have a DUI on my “record.” I was not arrested for a DUI in 2008 – again, this is pure fantasy as demonstrated by my public record. I encourage everyone to spend 36.00 and run my background check. You will only find traffic infractions (including one large speeding ticket from 2007 when I purchased a new sports car and was “testing it out” ). People say a lot of things about people on these message boards that aren’t true and some stuff that is. For example – I have no proof that Jonathan Gibbs or Christine Gibbs own Apex Professionals, LLC – nor do I care. How people choose to structure their businesses doesn’t matter to me. It comes down to technicalities so people can assert “I don’t own this or that…” So they may or may not own Apex Professionals, and who cares.
CONSIDER THE SOURCE
People should not continue to post on this site trying to defame other people. That is childish. Jonathan and Christine have their good attributes and their flaws just like the rest of us. Jonathan is just trying to make a buck and we should let him. This is his expertise. People are going to say things about Jonathan and Christine just like they say things about me and my business; but again, who cares. Why should anyone consider the opinion of a person that believes (without verifying) 100% of what is posted anonymously under names like “Letsbereal” “Hmmm” and “WORLD TRAVLER.” That is silly. What is “Gibbs Greed”? Are we coining a new term now? I got a real laugh when I read that. Nobody should be faulted for trying to make money.
HUMAN NATURE
When a person is successful they make enemies. I’m sure Jonathan and his wife Christine have their fair share too because even without Apex they have had a “successful” history. The bottom line is that we have a fantastic life and our family gives many thousands of dollars to the community every year. Our background speaks volumes about who we are and what we have done. There is not one person in this industry that can hold a candle to our community outreach and charity - period. It is sad (and pathetic) that jealous and nameless cowards would post pure lies in a sad effort to harm our impeccable name.
HISTORY/RELEVANCE
When I was splitting my time between Olympia Washington and Denver Colorado I got to know Jonathan and Christine Gibbs very well. We became friends and we helped them build their business into a several million dollar a year venture in very short order. When some things didn’t add up for us, we left and built a better mousetrap – and changed an industry forever.
Jonathan Gibbs and We Collect Timeshares (at the time) tried to sue me and later dropped the suit. They used the same lawyer as Timeshare Relief who filed a completely baseless lawsuit at the same time. This was disorganized and the TSR defeated Timeshare Relief in Federal Court including all the baseless assigned charges from the WCT case. TSR then filed a lawsuit against We Collect Timeshares and Jonathan and Christine Gibbs to keep them from slandering us etc.
THE INDUSTRY
At the end of the day this industry is competitive because anyone with half a brain can start this business and easily make 8 figures annually with very attractive margins. That is the truth. If I have to endure a couple false statements on silly boards like this to play the game, I’m happy to do so.
MOVING FORWARD
We will continue to work our business and thank all the “anonymous” people posting on this board in advance for living their own life and leaving ours to us.
IN CONCLUSION
I did not start this discussion on Apex Pros LLC or the Gibbs but I suspect a competing company out of Torrance CA (Timeshare Relief) may have had something to do with it. They have been rumored to own timeshareconsumergroup.org which they use to slander competitors as well. Jonathan Gibbs thought it was me, which is why he posted the anonymous post attacking me below. So, let it be known that I have not and will not post anything negative about ANY competitor anywhere. That statement includes Jonathan Gibbs, Christine Gibbs, Apex Professionals, Timeshare Freedom, We Collect Timeshares, Timeshare Relief and the rest of the companies out there popping up.
Good day.
You're right, mostly these are my opinions and what I've heard. I really don't have any evidence other than what I was told, nor do I have any interest. I'm not involved or affected and I really don't care. I guess we all have skeletons after all.
The link to this site was forwarded to me, at first glance it made me chuckle and for some reason I thought it was a good idea to give my 2cents. Definitely more trouble than it was worth. That's what happens when you have too much time on your hands.
Take care
Like I said before, when a person is successful people come from all around to try to get a piece. This is the case with the person that posted above. I love my nephews, but it is my "opinion" that the poster is just another aging gold digger trying to get something for nothing.
I am not my brother's keeper, but I'm sure you are well taken care of - as always. Because of that relationship, you drive a brand new Audi A8L. I'm sure you still have the 5 carat ring too. Or did you pawn it?
If my nephews needed anything they would have it in one second. Posting here was a mistake. Do not involve me unless you want much bigger problems.
To clarify: There is absolutely no member of my family that is not being adequately supported including my nephews. (in case you were wondering, you are not considered a part of my family)
Your lifestyle is not the purpose of child support. Your comfort and vacations are not line items in any court order. Live within your means. It is "child support" not a retirement plan.
Thank God my brother has finally found a woman that loves him and that can treat the children as if they were her own. We love her and think she is the best thing to ever happen in his life.
In closing - if you continue to harass and slander our family here or anywhere I will personally fund a campaign to legally restrain you. The next contact from me will be via attorney (on my staff) or the Denver Police.
Also, I don't think your boss would appreciate you using government resources and time to commit harassment. You have wasted enough of my time.
Guess what? Annoying someone via the Internet is a federal crime! Your activity on this site is a perfect example why the law was put in place on January 2006. And so you know you can be fined under Title 18 of that law or imprisoned not more than two years, or both.
And by the way, you do not hold a candle to MY son's fiancé. She is truly a decent, loving, and beautiful woman. We are thankful for her.
YOU should have heeded the warning to stop. I suggest that you stop NOW to reduce the damages.
Betty
Very. And your parents must be proud of their 30 plus year old that still lives at home although she makes enough money to move out! Pathetic!
I'm not worried about my son.
Don't write again.

I had encountered the same scam. I had recieved another call from a company called Last Resort. I listend to the sales pitch and I was so leary. They wanted me to pay money upfront but it was half of what Timeshare Relief, Inc. wanted from me. Then they said they would work with my financial situtation and would not charge me anthing until I had the contracts back and signed, which sounded a little more promising. I went one last time and not only am I out of my timeshare I got a little money in return from the other companies I went with in the past to sell my timeshare. They are a great company and I would suggest If you want out they're a very trustworthy company. Their website is www.lastresort.biz and the phone number to the Associate that I worked with is [protected] she is a very sweet girl and will help you through anything. DO NOT GO WITH TIMESHARE RELIEF! SCAM SCAM SCAM
You should all kill youselves
Here is the proof that they were scamming all along...to the tune of $70M!

Now they've got a new scam going. They put the money into Smart Energy Today inc and are operating a shady energy conservation company.
