I did a truck rental through Artira Transportation, my dispatch wanted to keep running illegal over my hours of service. I didn't want to drive in that manner they dispatched me to the office sayingI needed to come get new license plates for semi truck. They then terminated me leaving me to find my own way home from Chicago to Georgia. It was on a friday 03/24/2023. My money was not diposited in my account which it should have by it being on a friday. They still owe me for 10 loads I completed. I workedfrom 1/18/2023 -3/24/2023

I’m going through the samething. I contacted work force in Wiscousin and bbb. I’m also calling FMCSA. Knowing we not driving teams. I haven’t been paid since March. My check was suppose to be deposited April 7th and now I do hometime. They are deducting from 2 weeks and they had someone to come get the truck soon as I reached home. They need to be shut down immediately
In Mississippi? If so that was me and you were right I never received a penny.
I have been working with Artira also started working g with them since 4/12/2023. They promised me a 2024 and when I got the the yard they had me sign all the paperwork and told me they no longer have trucks available. I was upset and told them I’m just going to fly myself home. They immediately told me that I could fly to Florida to pick up a 2023 recovery.
Landed in Florida on 4/13/2023. Picked up the recovery and immediately started working. It has been 3 weeks (25 days later) and I have averaged out $19,900 in these weeks and I had to remind them on Friday 5/5/2023 that I need my check.
I was sent $700 after all the deductions.
I questioned where is my breakdown because this amount is not accurate and I’m being ignored.
Keep in mind I was also told they had 24 hour dispatch and I have been sitting in my truck waiting for a response and a load for 2 days.
I have been calling my dispatcher and the after hour number and no one can fix the problem explaining to me where the rest of my money is or get me a load out of Tennessee.

The owners name isn’t Andrew I found out his real name and I have the local police there on my side as they witnessed them trying to give me hours to make me run teams as a solo driver
