I have been receiving mail on Associa Letter Head; however, it came to my attention that letters are signed by third party other than Property Manager.
When I requested meeting and explanation, Property Manager Remi Elia and the Director: Bruce Adanac denied me in person meeting and became offended with the requests.
They dismissed my questions and told me they will not respond without even trying to look at the documents.
First letter gave me 2 weeks response time but a week later I got another letter with scheduled date of entry to my apartment and charges for service I did not request.
When I emailed the Property Manager, I received an email he/she was on vacation. Someone else was writing the second letter without following the protocol. When I requested explanation from the Associa I was rejected and charges were applied to my account. I don't know who to talk to, as people in management are accusing me of bad intentions, charged me money and are unwilling to answer my questions. I did not order plumes to come to my home and nothing is broken or attached to my pipes. Yet $200 was assigned to my unit. Why?
I can provide more information if necessary.
Desired outcome: Explanation why the third party is answering correspondence that is not Associa agent answering mail directed to owners.
