We purchased a side-by-side refrigerator freezer from Home Depot. After two years, the ice dispenser failed, then the icemaker failed. Because I had a technician look at the problem our warranty was canceled, even though it was still in effect. The manufacturer refused to help us. Repair technicians have refused to help us. Home Depot has refused any assistance. I told everyone that I am a 74 year old, disabled Vietnam veteran and cannot work, but that didn’t seem to matter to anyone. We purchased it using our Home Depot account so we’re still paying for a product that doesn’t work right and no one will help us. I think our only option is to sell it, probably for only pennies on the dollar. I learned a lesson and I will never again buy anything like this from Home Depot.
Desired outcome: We want our icemaker and ice dispensers fixed or give us another refrigerator freezer
