On the 14th of March 2017, we asked Nikki Vianna if she could let us know how to verify our social media pages as we were only a brand new company so we were unsure of the process and Nikki was verified herself. She stated that she knows a man that works with her and all these major record labels in the United States and he gets people (including herself) and companies verified on social media.
Nikki made the process clear from the beginning if we had proceeded. She stated that the process is 30 days and there will be a contract written out. If the verification was to not occur then we will be issued with a full refund of our money.
The man she is referring to is 'Greg Cimino' and his company is called 'Premodonna INC'.
When Nikki introduced us to Greg Cimino, everything about him and his company looked suspicious. We couldn't find any information about his name nor his company online. He had written a contract between us and a company named 'Pyramid INC' but the payment information was requested to 'Premodonna INC'. When we also spoke with Greg over the phone, we heard a women whispering to him so we also found that to be very strange.
As we were questioning Greg about his company, Nikki had sent us a message at the same time stating that Greg contacted her and how she had put her name on the line for us as she never asks hers record label contacts for favors (first manipulation).
Nikki then went on saying, "Don't make me look bad in front of him as my relationships are very important to me especially my record label". (second manipulation).
Nikki then made a statement which gave us 100% assurance that everything would be safe if we proceeded. She stated: "I would never put my name and career on the line for someone who could potentially hurt my career". We believed this as Nikki has 3.5 million Instagram followers and has a music career.
The Instagram verification cost us $10, 000 USD then Greg stated if we wanted to add Facebook verification, it would cost another $4, 000 USD. After we had made the payment of $14, 000 USD, Greg stated that we now need to do PR work (published articles) which then cost us another $5, 000 USD. This entire process has cost us $19, 000 USD.
It has now been almost a year. Greg refuses to respond to us and refuses to refund us our money. Nikki stated that Greg had asked her to refund us the money as he does not have it anymore. I'll repeat, initially Nikki stated to us that he deals with some of the biggest record labels in the United States so it is unbelievable that he does not have the money to refund us.
Nikki has only refunded us $2, 000 USD from the $19, 000 USD. Nikki had promised to pay us in installments on a monthly base but she has not delivered her promise. When we have approached her about the remaining balance she either ignores us or makes and excuse to stall us or says ‘I am putting the money in' but we receive nothing.
Nikki Vianna's management also approached companies whom we know and used us as a referral. We never gave them permission to do so and we had not even been verified yet for them to use us as a referral. We are so glad we did not say anything to these other companies as they would be in the same position as us.
Nikki claims she has nothing to do with this whole issue, but why would her management be approaching other companies and using us as a reference, why would Nikki be offering to pay us back from her own pocket, why would Greg ask her to be the one to refund us and why was she so adamant on convincing us to go ahead with this and putting herself on the line if she has nothing to do with it?
We have taken almost one year to make a complaint as we really did put our faith in Nikki and her statements. As we explained to her many times, the last thing we wanted to do was make a complaint but it is a last resort. We have approached Nikki many times to let her know we are submitting a complaint so she is not blindsided. In return she says what we are saying is illegal as we are ‘blackmailing her' or ‘threatening her' by telling her we will be making a complaint. The only reason we informed her that we reluctantly are making a complaint was to be fair and give her an opportunity to solve this privately first. It is the right of any person or business to write a complaint when something like this occurs to them.

We would like to receive our remaining balance of $17, 000 USD before this matter could be marked resolved.
