Went through drive ordered asked for fresh chips meals to be placed separately in own bags no ice
Our food was cold chips soggy and nuggets got no sauce
Ended up with ice in our drinks
Sundae was not full asked them o fill it up
Coffee was quite warm
As a guest in Melbourne customer service was rude and they don't listen to customers
I would like a refund due to this unpleasant experience of $21.85 did not enjoy our meal at all happy to provide my bank details plz email me back

Hungry Jack's Australia - terrible service
Ordered through drive through. Not many cars at first but then cars just piled up after us as orders were slow being processed. 45+ min wait for x2 cheeseburger x3 small fries and yet they still stuff up the order once we get to the window. 2 patrons who also ordered earlier had returned to the window advising of wrong orders placed in their bags. Top it off came to light why they were so damn slow.. too busy mucking around laughing and talking away like their customers are less of their worries. Terrible service and now prefer Maccas over Hungry Jack's.

Went thru drive thru to order 3 cheeseburgers, small fries & onion rings. Opened burgers within 2 minutes of collecting & they were cold, not warm - cold. As we were travelling thru, it was not worth our time to turn around and complain. We thought that we might try Hungry Jacks for a change but, after that, won't be going back. Time was around 3pm, perhaps they were leftover burgers from lunchtime rush? Not a very good promo for your stores.
