I attended Hungry Jacks Taree, NSW on the evening of Thursday 08/06/23 at approximately 5:25pm. I went via Drive Through and upon arrival home, (less than a 2-minute drive), I discovered parts of our order were missing. This included the large chips missing from a Large BBQ Cheeseburger Meal and the dipping sauces for the boneless chicken pieces were also missing. Chicken pieces were also extremely dry, tough and cold. (Certainly not as advertised, eg. tender & juicy). The onion rings were also absolutely cold - certainly not fresh. Our serviettes were in the paper bag in a scrunched up ball like a wad of tissues. There was absolutely no quality control in either the food preparation, the checking that the order was complete, or with any care taken in packaging up the order for the customer. Terrible service and a very disappointing experience.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response & for the complaint to be escalated through to the store. I would like a refund of $31.50 for my this order. Better staff training is required in relation to quality control and checking their orders.
