McDonald's

Attended warilla McDonald’s at approx 5:38am today, was served by a half asleep young man who seemed to be the only person there, I then proceeded to window 2 waited about 7 mins and did not see anyone in site, then the young man slowly started packing our 3 hash browns and hotcakes, I asked him about our two hot chocolate’s to which he said “ummm yeh we will get on to that asap” then a girl in a drive thru head piece walked past and said she will bring them down then the boy said drive down to next window, at window 3 there we’re two girls one making coffee and one standing next to window talking to girl making coffee, not one acknowledged me for about 3 minutes despite my attempts to get there attention and the girl on coffee constantly looking at me and looking away, then the girl with drive thru head piece walked past and out the door to give another customer their food in waiting bay, I got her attention by saying excuse me, she glared at me and I kindly asked her can she please pass me my two hot chocolates that were sitting there as I had been waiting for a whirl now, she screwed her face at me and said “No for being rude” …….. and stormed away! She flatly refused to give a customer their order! Seriously these entitled young people running the show down there need to be Shown the door and taught some god dam respect, the customer service by every single one of these kids down there was a disgrace and I would be ashamed if my name was associated with that McDonald’s. If these entitled rude kids don’t want to work then get them out becuase not only do they set a terrible example for the next generation but they are subjecting society to their appalling attitudes and they don’t belong in customer service. Raise your extremely low standards WARILLA MCDONALDS becuase that would have had to have been the worse retail experiences ever encountered. Review your surveillance and look at what your staff are doing when there is no management on duty!
