Audible Books review: Unable to delete books from library

As a member since 2015, w/202 books in my audible library, I decided that they were taking up too much storage space on my iphone for which apple is charging me every month. When I tried to delete some of those books, I was unable to do so even though I followed various directions on their website as well as w/a 40 min "chat" w/a customer service rep. Nothing worked. They requested information about my iphone — model #, version, serial number, and carrier. At the end of the "chat" I was told that I would be contacted w/in 2 - 3 business days by their "team" to help resolve the problem. Simply unacceptable and not the service amazon (owners of audible) advertises. If you don't mind indefinite storage of audiobooks — even those you don't like or will never listen to again, then sign up for audible and waste valuable storage space w/old books.
