Audious review: 2 invisible hearing aids with charger and 3-year protection

I think we have been scammed. Bought Nano hearing aids on line for terrific price. Audious says shipped but everything shown under tracking is they are in Los Angeles for 5 days. they won't check to see why. $206.97 out the window and no hearing aids. supposed to be here for Christmas Please help us to get the product or money, too late for Christmas
