Auto Owners Insurance review: Homeowners policy

I have a home Owners policy with Auto Owners Insurance and they have done everything possible to not pay a claim on wind and hail damage to my roof. I have file two claims. The first one they agreed to pay me for a partial roof which to me made no sense to me since the hold roof was damaged. The second claim was a recent claim since I again had hail and wind damage according to numerous roofing companies. The last claim they are now trying to say that there was vandalism to my roof which is a bunch of bull and just another way of getting out of paying a claim. I am an 88 year old man who really does not need this problem that they are causing me. They want me to sit down with them and record my voice and I am sure they just are figuring out a new way to avoid paying the claim. This is the most horrible company to deal with and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

There have been several houses in my neighborhood that also had the same damage to their roof and their insurance company has paid for a new roof while this bunch of crooks are still trying to get out of the claim. Please do not use this company.
