Auto Truck Toys review: customer service

I would give this company a ZERO rating if I could. I ordered an item by mistake and returned it for credit. I received an email saying the item was damaged. I never took it completely out of the box. I saw that I ordered the wrong item and put it back just like I received it from Auto Truck Toys. I was told I would have to file a claim with UPS which I did and received an email from UPS stating the item was not packaged properly. Again, I used the exact same box and packing that I received from Auto Truck Toys. I called their customer service only to be told there was nothing they could do. The item had scratches on it, nothing that paint could not cure but they were not even willing to do that. I got SCREWED. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
