Autovia SRL Firenze Firenze Ita review: Unauthorized credit card charges

I repeat what i sendesd to you on october 11. I didn't get any answer

Returning this day from abroad I note with amazement the debits in account of 500€ and 273,92€ dated 29/9/2022 in favor of Autovia SRL Firenze. We rented a car from 5 to 15 september. We had no incidents and no damages .We formally contested two debits with Mastercard . Our plane taking off before the opening of the agency they asked to deposit the keys in a suitable box.As a result , no one has been able to see the absence of damage. In a email the agency claims that driver's lock was forced and shows a key in a lock proving nothing.having an automatic closing we have never used the lock. By this I ask you to credit us with the amount unduly debited from Michel Piens account at Deutsche Bank in Belgium DEUTBEBE BE [protected].
