Autovia SRLFirenze Firenze ITA review: I do not agree with the amount accounted for

Returning this day from abroad I note with amazement the debits in account of 500 € and 273.92 € dated 29/9/2022 in favor of Autovia SRL Firenze.We rented a car from 5 to 15 September. We had no incidents and no damages. Our plane taking off before the opening of the agency they asked to deposit the keys in a suitable box. As a result, no one has been able to see the absence of damage.In an email I just discovered the agency claims that the driver's lock was forced and shows a key in a lock proving nothing. Having an automatic closing we have never used the lock .
