AYC Movers review: Mover 1

We had our stuff moved by ayc move, we were quoted 735.00 minus the deposit so 535.00, after the movers came they charged us to wrap a mattress and our tvs, which we did not ask for 230.00 just for something we did not ask for. Next day recieve a call saying I had to pay 2500.00 I was shocked, or my stuff would not be delivered. I was shocked and the lady was so rude. Our belongings were to be delivered April 17, no contact whatsoever from ayc to say it would be delayed. After many attempted calls and emails our stuff was delivered two weeks late. Upon arrival, when the movers opened the back of the truck everything was just a mess, our stuff was piled on top of other people's stuff, the movers kept dropping stuff out of the truck for other moves damaging these people's belongings. The movers did NOT help move any of our stuff into our home they stood in the mess of a truck handing stuff to my elderly father and some locals that stopped to help. Their was so much damage to our belongings, I filed a claim and of course ayc has ignored my calls and emails. I feel absolutely sick to my stomach after this.
