DO NOT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I ORDERED TWO WATCHES AND HAVE ONLY EVER RECIEVED ONE. I HAVE SINCE SPENT THE LAST TWO MONTHS EMAILING BACK AND FORTH TO GET THIS RESOLVED BUT THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED. I HAVE SENT NUMEROUS PHOTOS, OF THE PAPERWORK AND BOX BUT THEY KEEP COMING UP WITH EXCUSES AND REQUESTS FOR MORE PHOTOS. THEY WERE QUICK ENOUGH TO TAKE MY MONEY BUT NOT QUICK TO RE-SEND ANOTHER WATCH OR ISSUE A REFUND.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I too have purchased a watch online and ha e been exchanging emails for a month. They claim the watch I ordered was no Longer in stock. I chose a different color and 18 days ago they said they would send it out ASAP. TorY they said it has yet to be shipped due to the spring festival. What kind of business in the has would use a party as an excuse. Imagine accepting this from Amazon.com They will not provide tracking info and if by Monday I do not receive tracking info, I am going to my bank to reverse the sale.
