On 2 separate occasions I have purchased 20 and 30 dollar tickets I bought 3 20 dollar tickets and the numbers at the bottom were 016-017 & 019 the 018 was skipped and I got 2 connected and one not as 8f someone kept the 018 for them selves then I went back and bought 4 30 dollar tickets and the number was 024 and then 000 and 001 I was told that they had to open a new book and I've never heard of the excuses given when I questioned the clerk about it I was told they could sell them out of order if they wanted to please explain how this Is fair to the consumer?
