Bank Of The West BNP Paribas review: Complaint

Applied over the phone for their 18 month no interest credit card, gave them all my personal information. Said call back next day 24 hrs. for approval and credit line.

Called today 10-11-22 andthey have no application on file. No information what so ever? Just Great who just took all my info?

Also very hard to understand. Not sure what I can do but report and see if anyone else has had this problem.
