Banner Emergency Room Off Power and Broadway in Mesa AZ review: Emergency care

Went to emergency room with my father at 8:00am on Sunday, 1/29. Check in process was smooth and efficient, but service declined following. Waited for 2 hours in lobby, finally moved to an emergency care room and have been waiting for over 2.5 hours and still no care professionals attending to needs. Not even a brief check on patient during this whole time. Doctor finally arrived at 12:37
