The reason for my email is simple, on three seporate occasions we purchased banquet fried chicken, on the box it says about 6 servings and on the box front it list"s breaded breasts, drums, and thighs all ending in s, I am yet to see more than one drum or a cunsistant amount of portion in any one of the boxes. Our grandchildren stop by with friends and we always have a box on hand for those occasions. Don"t get me wrong we think its a great product and its great to have on hand, but truth in lableing is also great, I know what you are probely saying why don"t you have to boxes on hand thats not the point. I think you should reconsider your lableing or add another drum to make it drums or breast to make it breasts.Thanks Dan
it is disgusting price and the last couple times I bought it I had 3 pieces in the box, u have changed the recipe. and charge more I will never buy it again. and my family used to love it!
just bought a box, had 5 pieces, : 2 small breasts, 2 legs and 1 small wing, also two of something that is not edible, perhaps breading globs? used to like this, its nasty too, doesnt even taste like chicken, too much pepper or something burned the heck out of my stomache, never ever had this problem before but its been awhile since I bought it, promise you will NEVER buy it again
On several other accessions I've bought this chicken I love the chicken but a little pricey especially when i open the box for $12 on a family meal and to my surprise there is 4 pieces of chicken to feed a family that is $3 a piece when I do the math . What a joke ! Who puts it into the box ?
I would just like to say me and my family have always loved it and have bought it for many of years I stopped buying it because you would buy box and it would have literally three pieces in it a small breast a small thigh and a little leg I haven't bought it in probably two to three years thought thought I would go ahead and buy one I got home we talked it sit down and dinner start eating it and realize it's not a breast at all it was part of the neck and the backbone and the remaining part of the bird after the breast meat had been thoroughly removed my wife had the other side same thing no breast and I don't even know what the other piece was that my son had and wasn't a leg or a wing time to leave me guessing I can assure you my love for banquet chicken has ceased to exist thank you Curtis
I paid 12.99 for a box of your fried chicken thinking I would get at least the 6 pieces of chicken but we only got four pieces. I am on a fixed income and I can't believe you would rip off people who purchase your product. I won't do that again.

I have purchased banquet chicken several times i paid $12.99 for it and only got 3 pieces that were very boney and no meat alot of fat so very disapointed i will not buy ever again
This brand is low quality and I am shocked people like it. You can go to the deli section of your grocer and buy a container of cold fried chicken for way less than $12.99 and it is of much higher quality.
Purchased a box of original crispy fried chicken---had four people over to eat----plus me and my woman---but it was really sad when I opened the box and found only 4 pieces----no legs or wings---so I paid $2.00 per piece. No more.
I just bought a box of your original crispy fried chicken. I'm very disappointed. 5 small chicken legs and a thigh. Not much at all. $7.99 for hardly anything

Just bought this today at food Lion, Greensboro, n.c.And it was 8.00 dollar's.I have never gotten this less of quantity in a box I love y'all's chicken but this is getting down right ridiculous.
What a disgusting excuse for fried chicken. Just bought a box for dinner last night. Quality and quantity has really deminished over the years. I wouldn't feed this garbage to my dogs WAY WAY WAY over priced for 4 pieces that may have been thighs not really sure what it was. Never in my lifetime will I ever purchase another Banquet product. Conagra is just another deep state conglomerate POS that is only looking to make a quick buck and really don't give a crap about the consumer anymore. And I really do hope that you end up bankrupt for running your company into the ground

Rip-off! Ive been buying the box of Crispy Fried Chicken since I was a kid and its gone downhill ever since. My last box was 2 thighs, 2 legs and 2 globs of breaded bones of some type. Ugh, never again!
I bought a family box tonight and it only had 4 pieces of chicken and the breading was so thick that we couldn't tell what parts of the chicken that we were eating. Its ashame that Banquet is beating ppl out of their money by selling products that aren't up to par, or has the quality or quantity thats promised. Never again
Amen to that. Same thing we had. So much flour which enrd up like tyese thick paste chunks that you really couldnt nor waht to eat it... disgusting.. And when you got to the chicken, you honestly have to wonder what the hell you're eating.. bones from the rib cage off the breast are tiny slivers of bones. Like a tiny bird or "something else".. very scary. And the thigh bone was very tiny too. Not normal.. something is not right with their chicken.. will never buy it again! Said that the last time we bought it.. but this has done it for us..
The price of everything has gone up but over $11 for four pieces of chicken is absurd. Quit ripping off the people that keep you in the money.
I love the banquet fried chicken but lately,their isn't 6 pieces anymore in the box. I usually get 2 breast,2thighsn 2 drumsticks,anymore it's one breast 3 thighs n 1 drumstick, all for $8.99 here in Pennsylvania. AND hardly no meat on the chicken. It's all breading n half of it is fatty. I want my money back or gift card to go to KFC. Your company is going down hill...

We paid 12.50 at our local grocery store for a box. We got 3 thighs a d one breast. That's it. Four pieces of chicken. I could've spent the same money at the gas station for twice as much and it would've been cooked! It's a shame when you're trying to feed your family on a budget and you don't get enough to feed everybody.
Call them and speak to a rep who cares and never purchase the product again. Remember, social media can make or break a company. They deserve to feel the pinch!
I am with other complaints! Boxes of chicken used to be like $8 for a skimpy box of 6 (1 drumstick)! Now i went today 8/6/2022 and it was $12! For the same damn thing! 6 pieces of chicken!

Very disappointed in the way banquet fried chicken has lowered it's standards. I have enjoyed this product for over 30 years. That is until we bought our last two boxes. I understand banquet wants to make a profit (The bigger the better). When the company started cutting the chicken so it could have most of the breast meat retained to sell in other products I still bought the product. When banquet lowered the number of pieces it put in each box I still bought the product. But when I buy two boxes and find a neck in each box that is taking your profit to much. No place on the boxes description does it mention a boney neck as one of the possible pieces in the box.that is fraud. Not only fraud but it is theft from someone that has been loyal though all your tricks with the product. However this can not be overlooked. The largest piece in each box turns out to be a over breaded neck bone. Well I hope your actions have made you enough profit. Because I for one will never purchase your products again. It is a shame that company like Banquet has to stoop to underhanded tactics in order to increase their profits.
I purchase a box of banquet original fried chicken it only had 4 pieces of chicken in it 2 breaststroke and 2 thighs this product is too expensive for you to rip off the consumer. I will never buy again. And will let others know about my experience.

I have purchased your fried chicken to be thoroughly disappointed.. this time there was 4 pieces.pieced.. both times, was not even a drum stick.. used to love your product but sadly, this will be the last time j spend $14 to be extremely disappointed.

Go to the deli area of your grocery store and buy a box of chicken. If you get it cold, it's cheaper and you can see through the clear, plastic box what you are getting.
I used to love the banquet fried chicken when my kids were little. You'd get like 8pcs and at least 2 were always big white meat pics. The last two boxes purchased at $10 i got like 4pc and the so called meat... ugh gag... .. im done.
