Banu Oeter has repeatedly lied and cheated her way through management of rental apartments in Berlin, Germany. She has stolen thousands of euros from people who entrusted her with their apartments.
Do not deal with this woman! She is a disaster, her company folded and she should be banned from ever managing anything ever again. There is no gray area, she is a thief, liar and cheat. Never rent from this evil woman or do business with her.
Her businesses are OREA (Oeter Real Estate Agency) and anything else she can cobble together.
Can anyone advise me what to do, Banu is supposed to be overseeing an apartment I have in Berlin but I have had no communication from her or money paid into my account for over a year now?
My God, that woman is still operating? I had major problems with her about three years ago. She was taking the rent but not paying the service charges to the point where I received threats of court action from the condominium for unpaid service charges. She avoids contact and her "office" is just one of those letterbox/answerphone type places I believe. She did briefly resurface when my lawyer succeeded in getting a writ served on her which allowed us to take the money directly from her bank account. She tried to counterclaim against me but it fell flat as her claim was total bull and I had records to prove my position and disprove hers. It makes me cringe how much I had to spend on legal fees getting to that point especially as I could not pass those fees on to her. The lawyer wanted me to press criminal charges against her, but I was not willing to throw good money after bad pursuing her. The lawyer I used was Thomas M. Take legal action against her! This is a thief! She has run off. I suggest you contact a lawyer. She is a fraudster who is still trying to operate in Berlin under different names.
