Replaced my 28 year old Bard air-conditioner unit with a new Bard 2 Ton Bard Wall Hung 208/240V Air Conditioning Unit, W24A2-A00 with an 8 KW Heat Strip Bard Wall Hung W18A2, W24A2 unit in May 1, 2019. The unit stopped working on April 14, 2023 and I had a technician come out to look at it April 27, 2023 and he said the unit is shot. I contacted Bard April 27, 2023 and spoke to the company I purchased it from, Budget Heating and Air, and Bard directly. They will not stand behind the 5 yr warranty.

Desired outcome: Bard to stand behind the 5 year warranty and replace the unit.
