Barry McClennan review: Does not pay sub-contractors

He says he is a Contractor & Handyman. He also goes by the name of Hoby Handyman. He does not carry any kind of insuance, and works - as you might say - under the table.
He has no tools, but tries to borrow them from customers - then will misplace them. He even does lawn work, but doesn't even own a lawn mower. He is a complete phony, he screws sub-contractors and anyone else he thinks he can get away with. He has been Bankrupt before, - very shady.
He also tries to manage rental property, hires people to work, then wants a kickback from them.
Watch out for him. A real scammer.
