Bayport Financial Loan Company review: Return what I paid them

I borrowed money from this company and ask me to pay upfront fees which I did and promised to transfer cash into my account which never happened instead they decided to send bank which I am suppose to activate and I did pay that fee.

They came back and say that was not enough then I start feeling that is a scam and ask them to cancel my application. Now they don't want to reimburse what I paid directly to them. Now Alfred the CEO is longer answering my calls.
