BB&T / Truist review: Mortgage payments no credited to proper account. A phantom account

I have had a va guaranteed mortgage with bb&t from 2008 to the present date and none of the payments have been credited to the account that is in my name. I have had loan taken out on the account I know nothing about. It is like I am renting not buying the home with a $245,000.00 over my head. Somebody is getting the credits of payments. They still I owe money on the loan. Then they wanted me to do a modification to present on $268,000.00. A true case of predatory lending.
