Unauthorized monthly charges of 9.95

I was charged 9.95 on my debit card for a charged i did not autorize for two months.

Sirs:

I have been charged $9.95 on three ocassions and do no know if they are correct. I do not remember what I may have purchased. Please check my account on this matter and let me know what I may have purchased and for how much it cost. I don't usually purchase things with monthly payments. My card was charged $9.95 on 7/20, 8/13 and 8/20. Please refund if a mistake was made.

I have been charged $9.95 a month since August, 2010. I called my Credit Card company and had my card frozen. They said they would send me a new number. I am thinking of taking this to the police station and see what they say.

Had charge on my debit card by BBV Rebate Giant for 9.95. I called and they said they would reverse the charge "within two billing cycles." I asked how they obtained the charge information and that information was not provided.
I will wait to see if the charges are reversed, and if not will seek other remedy. If you use a debit card, I do advise everyone to always check your bank account daily.

.started recieving ridiculous charges on my account after my husband purchased a christmas present on here and I have seen two charges. one for 19.95 and now today for 9.95... not very happy and I do currently have lawyers working on my credit so I will be turning this over to them. This is absurd that you can't even trust these people and they shpould be taken off internet and placed on the bbb website...

I also have been charged $9.95 a month for the last 2 months. I don't know what it is, but i am calling my bank tomorrow about it. I haven't made any purchases with anyone by that name. In order to cancel these charges you must call the number [protected]. BBV rebate giant is attached to discount websites and it is the fine print stating there will be a monthly charge. I got taken for 3 months before catching it. I thought by canceling the membership to the movie sale website that I had used to purchase discount movies that this would stop the charges but that is not the case.

I also have been scammed by this company after purchasing vitamins at a discounted rate. Apparently in fine print somewhere, the rep told me on the phone, buying this vitamin (Natren probiotic), automatically signed me up for RebateGiant at $9.95/mo. as well as with BBV Nuvalife.com for the same price. I did not see this in the fine print. I have a Master's degree; I can't be as stupid as they're making me out to be. This company is a SCAM. Be very careful!

Rebate Giant have been placing charges against my account for over six months without my permission. I want to encourage everyone to file a compliant with the Comsumer Bereau so an investigation can get started on this company.

I noticed that I have been charged 9.95 2 0r more tmmes on my account and don't know what for . I would appreciate it if you refunded my money and do not take anymore . I don't know what this is.

OMG I just noticed they billed my CC $9.95 since December and twice a month since January! How do they get away with this? God will get them. how sad to spend eternity in hell! We need to pray for these thieves .. I'm so upset, I'm on a fixed income. :(

I have been charged $9.95 twice a month since Aug 2010. I did not find out until tonight. I called the company and they said I signed up for some rebate giant thing. I know I never signed up for it. They will only refund me for 2 months. It is a rip off. I asked for the ladies name and she said Rose. I asked for the company she works for and she told me she could not give me that information. I asked for the name of her superviser and she said she could not give me that information either. I felt I was entitled to that information considering they were the ones taking money out of my account and had my personal information. Am I wrong? I also would like to encourage others who have had this happen to them to make a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They need to investigate this company and put them out of business.

I am so blown away by this company! I bought a game from them in december 2010, and i have been charged $9. 95 two times per month since then. They apparently have a checkbox that says you agree to sign up for a membership with them and you must cancel within 7 days. Then, they told me that there was another area where i "agreed" to pay an additional $9. 95 per month to be part of rebategiant.com. I am livid! And of course when i called, they refused to refund any of my money. Yes, i am an idiot for not paying more attention to my credit card statement. But how can they get away with this? Don't know how they did it, but ME TOO @$9.95/mo. I was surprised how they argued with me and must have their same "script" for everyone. I reported it to my bank and they will dispute the charges. Does anyone have a better way to enforce their rights as a consumer? This company continues to defraud people. Can you imagine how much money they make?

I was scammed - much the same as ALL the others. I reported it to my bank. They will try and resolve the fraudulent charges. Are there any state consumer agencies that help, i.e., Nevada? These companies manage to stay in business making millions with their little "tricks". Nowadays, the consumer can't resolve issues on the phone with them. I spoke to two people and all they do is read their script over and over, blaming you and saying they have "prooof", etc.

These criminals placed two *unauthorized* charges on my debit card dating back to about a month or so. I just notified my bank and submitted a "disputed charges" claim. They promptly froze my current account and will issue a new account number and card within seven days. Unfortunately, this is basically the best way to resolve this issue with BBV*REBATEGIANT.COM. I will be contacting the necessary authorities to see if they will deal with this company.

This company has been charging my credit card $19.95 a month since January (6 months) without my knowledge or consent. I have not been checking my account as closely as I should because of long term family emergencies taking up my free time. I AM LIVID! MADDER AS A HATTER! I bought 2 products from them costing less than $20 and they have collected over $120 from me for "membership fees" since that purchase. It's a holiday weekend now, so I won't know how much of it I can recover for another three days. Companies like this will keep many people from ever buying things over the internet. It's sooooo easy to be TRICKED and DECEIVED. This company STEALING money from us. If they had done this in a physical store, we could have them arrested and prosecuted. I am going to look for a computer fraud branch of law enforcement to report them.

I didn't order a movie, but am getting billed for it. I want the billing stopped.

How do we stop this from continuing. I want the 9.95 removal stopped but no one seems to respond. I did order a movie but ended up paying high postage so no longer do business with them, however I'm still seeing the 9.95 deducted from my account.

I also purchased a movie from this company a year ago. I had no idea that this was a membership sign-up. Must have been in the fine -fine print. Just noticed the charges on my account today 9.95 Best Brand Value, and was also being charged 9.95 for Best Rebate Buy membership - that's $20 a month for a year without my authorization. I do not check my statements closely very often because I only do on-line banking. This is extortion and when I called to cancel, the person at the company tried to convince me to keep my memberships.

this company has been charging my credit card $9.95 a month since September 2011 without my knowledge or consent. My grand daughter bought some books and they have collect almost $200 from me for "membership fees: since that purchase.

I have been charged $9.95 a month since I don't know when. I don't remember signing on for a membership with something I bought. I do not shop to much on the internet . I want my money back. Knowing how the economy is today I can not afford to have this amount taken out of my account each month, and actually getting nothing in return. I can't believe a company can get away with charging people without them wanting it. I was charged recently on 8/13 and 9/13.

I just noticed these two charges on my Visa card. BBV*rebategiant.com, FL 9.95 and BBV*nuvalife.com, FL 19.95 I never bought anything from these companies. I am fit to be tied they have been able to do this. Have contacted Visa to see how to get my money back and stop these charges.
