I bought a fridge cash price r9 999, the fridge is not cold, I logged a complaint with the store, they send technician to check the fridge, I went back to them because the fridge is still not cold, technician came again but still my problem was not solved, I went back to complain, head office also called but still the fridge is not called. The last time the technician came he just opened the fridge took a picture and left, I have not received and feedback, I have been complaining about the fridge since I bought it, its almost 12 months now, food gets rotten but the freezer works
